Rule 127
Reasonable and equitable action
Government of Nepal may take action in a reasonable and equitable manner on the basis of an application submitted by an employee stating that he/she is aggrieved by the concession or facility provided in accordance with this regulation in relation to the concession or facility that an employee was receiving before the implementation of this regulation.
